Since 1997, Bio-Link has installed direct-piped drinking water systems for more than a thousand customers in Hong Kong and Macau, with ongoing cartridge replacement and maintenance, covering government departments, corporations, healthcare and social welfare, and education. Branch network, since 2009
Since 2009 we have fitted drinking-water units across the branches of a leading Hong Kong bank — about 65 to date, mainly the HWC70GPD, with the ST9102RO (NSF/ANSI 42 and 58) at selected branches. All sit under one maintenance plan, with filter changes done on site by our own technicians.
Since 1999, more than twenty years
Trading and office floors run long hours, and the water supply cannot stop. Since 1999 we have matched the HWC300GPD and HWC70GPD to each floor's consumption, with the same technicians maintaining them ever since.
More than 25 schools in Hong Kong and Macau
Hong Kong campuses have run mainly on the ST9102RO (NSF/ANSI 42 and 58) and BFSW01 bottle-filling stations since 2015. Macau campuses use floor-standing three-temperature units on direct-piped RO — more than 40 across the two largest alone. Filters and RO membranes are changed on schedule by teams in both places.
A charitable hospital and a clinic
We installed the ST9102RO (NSF/ANSI 42 and 58) for a Hong Kong charitable hospital and maintain it on a regular schedule. A physiotherapy clinic has been with us since 2006.
More than 20 organisations, over 40 service points
Customers include Po Leung Kuk, Caritas, Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups and Wai Ji Christian Service. Service points across the districts run a standardised configuration under one maintenance plan.
Fine jewellery and watches, since 2007
In-store equipment has to look and work the same in every shop. Since 2007 we have installed the HWC70GPD and ICP70GPD across the group's locations, maintained by the same technicians.
Large buildings and estates, since 2008
Since 2008 we have installed RO400MP systems, chilled and hot dispensers and hot-water boilers across buildings managed by Urban Property Management Limited, all under one maintenance plan.
Several estates, hundreds of households
Some households reported that the mains water tasted salty. We install direct-piped RO systems for households across several Macau estates to improve taste (results depend on the incoming water and the condition of the system), with our Macau technicians changing filters and RO membranes on site.
18 districts, more than 200 households past ten years
Our household customers live in all 18 districts. Among those still changing filters on schedule in 2025 and 2026, more than 200 have been with us over ten years — the longest since 1997. When a household's filter month comes round, our technicians make contact and attend.
