Hotel water dispensers and filtration systems
Bio-Link supplies filtration systems and drinking water solutions for hotels, guesthouses, serviced apartments and reception venues, configuring equipment to suit guest rooms, food & beverage, staff areas and public spaces. From model selection and installation to scheduled cartridge replacement and maintenance, we follow through at every stage and can work around hotel zoning and operating hours.
Hotel water dispensers and filtration systems need to balance guest experience, drinking water taste, food and beverage preparation, equipment protection and day-to-day maintenance arrangements.
Different zones can use different configurations: staff rest areas and offices can choose ST1523or the slim STC15; guest room floors and meeting rooms can be fitted with countertop DT2011; dining areas need continuous hot and warm water, so consider HWBY02; executive floors and guest reception areas can choose the built-in TS0010instant-hot water tap.

Frequently asked questions
Water quality, flow and maintenance needs are assessed by zone across guest rooms, food & beverage, staff areas and public spaces; different zones can use different filtration configurations.
We suggest assessing it separately. Food & beverage areas use a large volume of water and involve coffee, tea, ice and cooking, so the configuration has to address both the taste of what is served and protection of the equipment.
A single contract can cover the installation, maintenance and cartridge replacement schedule across multiple locations, which simplifies administration; if needs change, the model configuration can be adjusted site by site.
Maintenance can be scheduled by zone and during off-peak hours. When the replacement month is due we contact you and book a time that suits hotel operations, reducing the impact on front-line service.
Rental is a fixed monthly fee booked as operating expenditure and is simpler to manage; purchase is capital expenditure with a lower cost spread over long-term use. Assess according to the hotel's financial arrangements.
Each water point needs provision for water supply and power; RO configurations also require a drainage connection. Works can be scheduled around your fit-out or renovation timetable.
