1. Orders, payment and delivery

1.1 Customers may purchase Bio-Link products and/or services online or by telephone.
1.2 Delivery can generally be completed within 7 working days from the date of order (outlying islands excepted); the actual date depends on the circumstances.
1.3 Customers may settle the invoice on the day of delivery by cash, cheque or electronic payment.
1.4 Returns and exchanges: once an order has been paid for, it may not be returned or exchanged.

1.5 Where a customer purchases and uses our products and/or services, our total liability under the contract shall, in accordance with its terms, not exceed five hundred Hong Kong dollars (HK$500.00), unless otherwise stated in those terms.
