Our own technician comes to connect it, usually completing installation the same day so you can start using it; before installation we can look at the site layout and water supply points.
As a general rule, the customer must provide the following:
a. A water supply and power socket beside the dispenser (within 1 metre of the installation point), with a shut-off valve fitted at the end of the outlet pipe
b. A pressure-reducing valve (if water pressure exceeds 30psi)
c. Ventilation where a hot water boiler is installed
d. An outlet / drainage system beside the dispenser (where applicable)
For anything beyond the above, we can carry out additional works and/or supply additional fittings if needed. We will submit a quotation for the customer's approval.
Depending on actual water usage and water quality, we visit on the recommended cycle to replace filter cartridges and check the machine, keeping output steady.
We offer scheduled maintenance plans covering on-site maintenance, filter cartridge replacement, machine checks and fault repairs; RO models also have a renewal plan.
Either works. Rental is an all-inclusive monthly fee (installation, maintenance, cartridge changes, repairs); purchase comes with a standard maintenance plan. The actual plan is quoted according to your site and usage.
The full filtration line has passed SGS testing; designated models meet NSF/ANSI 42 and 58. Bio-Link is also a certified social enterprise (HKCSS／SEE Mark, seemark.hk/see0195), operated by Bio-Link (Holdings) Limited.
