For higher purity for direct drinking, choose an under-sink RO system; if flow rate and simple installation matter more, choose ultrafiltration (UF); to filter all household water at the point of entry, choose a central unit. We advise based on water quality and drinking habits.
Under-sink space and a water supply point are required; RO systems also need a drain connection. Free delivery and basic installation are included, normally completed within seven working days of order confirmation and payment.
It depends on water consumption and water quality. Once you join a maintenance plan, we record the cycle and contact you when the replacement month arrives to arrange an on-site replacement.
For some models we can post the filter cartridges directly to you and you replace them yourself, which is simple and convenient; for the remaining models a technician replaces them on-site, ensuring the connections are correct and filtration performance stays stable. The applicable arrangement will be set out in the quotation.
