Countertop units save more space and suit smaller venues; freestanding units offer higher capacity and stability, and suit high-consumption settings.
Water is dispensed without touching the unit, which is more hygienic and suits clinics, shared pantries and offices where hygiene is a priority.
Every countertop water dispenser is available on a rental plan with maintenance included: the fixed monthly fee covers installation, maintenance and regular cartridge replacement, with rent paid four months in advance. Purchase includes first-year maintenance.
The site needs a water supply point and a power point; if an RO system is fitted, a drain connection is also required. Delivery and installation are normally completed within seven working days of order confirmation and payment; if an item is out of stock, we advise the expected arrival time when the order is placed. Free delivery and basic installation are included.
During the maintenance period, cartridges are replaced and checked on site according to the cartridge cycle, and we contact you when the replacement month is due. If there is a problem, notify us on WhatsApp or by phone and we reply within one working day and arrange an on-site visit.
