The Bio-Link drinking water tap range covers smart instant hot water taps and British-made multifunction drinking taps. The built-in design saves countertop space and delivers filtered drinking water as soon as the tap is turned, suitable for office pantries, home kitchens and food & beverage counters.
When choosing a drinking water tap, we suggest narrowing down the options by dispensing requirements first. If the pantry needs hot water on demand with no waiting, choose one offering multiple water temperatures, such as the TS0010 smart instant-heating taps; for executive floors and client reception areas, choose the Quatreau SmartTap™ and TouchTap™, which deliver boiling, chilled and sparkling water at the touch of a button; the Borg & Overström T3 series is known for its four-stage filtration and DryChill hygienic cooling technology.
All Bio-Link drinking water taps can be used with RO reverse osmosis or ultrafiltration systems, with Bio-Link arranging model selection, installation and scheduled on-site cartridge replacement and maintenance from a single source.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. The drinking water tap handles dispensing and temperature control, while filtration is handled by the under-sink RO or ultrafiltration system; we will match a suitable combination based on water quality and intended use.
Space must be reserved under the counter for the filtration system and housing, and a hole cut in the countertop to install the tap; water supply, drainage and power are also required. Some models involve cutting the countertop, which will be set out in the quotation.
TS0010 offers multiple water temperatures with instant hot water and no waiting, suitable for pantries; the Quatreau and B&O ranges supply boiling, chilled and sparkling water for executive floors, guest reception areas and food & beverage counters.
Stock models can usually be installed in about two weeks; the UK-made series is made to order and normally takes about four to eight weeks. We will arrange an installation time with you once the order is confirmed.
The matching filtration system comes with a maintenance plan: we replace cartridges and carry out checks on site according to the cartridge cycle, and we contact you to arrange it when the replacement month arrives.
