Office Water Dispenser
Bio-Link provides direct-piped drinking water dispensers and filtration systems for offices in Hong Kong and Macau, following through from model selection and installation to regular cartridge replacement and maintenance. Water is supplied directly from the mains, so there is no need to order or carry bottled water, saving pantry storage and administration.
When choosing an office water dispenser, we suggest filtering products by headcount, pantry space, hot water demand, dispensing method and filtration requirements. In general, small offices can consider a countertop hot and cold dispenser or a countertop three-temperature instant-hot dispenser; medium to large offices, high-consumption pantries and shared spaces are better suited to freestanding or upright office water dispensers.
Many Bio-Link office dispensers can be configured with Reverse Osmosis (RO) treatment or ultrafiltration treatment as required. RO reverse osmosis suits companies with higher requirements for drinking water purity, heavy-metal treatment and taste; ultrafiltration suits office settings that want a stable flow rate and a simpler set-up.

Frequently asked questions
The choice depends mainly on the number of people drinking water each day, hot water usage and pantry space. A small office can consider a countertop chilled-and-hot or three-temperature dispenser; offices with more staff, a need for larger hot water capacity or higher flow are usually better suited to freestanding or upright models. Before choosing, assess the pantry location, power supply, water supply and daily peak usage.
Rental covers the machine, installation, maintenance and cartridge replacement for a fixed monthly fee, with no lump-sum outlay; purchase is a one-off cost that works out lower when spread over long-term use, and already includes the first year of maintenance. You can assess your actual needs and choose the option that best fits your use.
The site needs provision for water supply, drainage and power, with a valve fitted at the end of the outlet pipe. Delivery and installation are normally completed within seven working days of order confirmation and payment; if an item is out of stock, we will advise the expected arrival time when the order is placed. Free delivery and basic installation are included.
The replacement cycle depends on water consumption, cartridge type and on-site water quality. During the maintenance period, Bio-Link replaces cartridges on site and checks the system according to the cartridge cycle. When a replacement month comes round, we contact you to arrange it, so you do not have to keep track.
Simply let us know on WhatsApp or by phone; we reply within one working day and arrange an on-site visit. Maintenance service hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:30 am to 5:00 pm.
RO (reverse osmosis) filtration is finer, suiting companies with higher requirements for drinking water purity, dissolved heavy metals and taste; ultrafiltration (UF) systems suit offices that value steady flow and a simpler set-up. RO needs a drainage connection and sufficient water pressure, so it is not suitable for every site; we review the installation conditions before making a recommendation.
