Floor Standing Water Dispenser
Bio-Link provides freestanding water dispensers, upright models and high-capacity chilled-and-hot water solutions for offices, schools, commercial spaces and high-usage venues. From model selection and installation to regular cartridge replacement and maintenance, we follow through at every stage, with on-site service in both Hong Kong and Macau.
Freestanding water dispensers suit settings that need a higher dispensing volume, steady supply and a clear operating interface. When choosing, consider the number of users, hot water capacity, machine dimensions, filtration configuration, safety design and maintenance needs.

Frequently asked questions
Suitable for high-usage sites such as offices, schools, shopping malls, clubhouses and public spaces, with a greater supply volume and hot water capacity than countertop models and a clear operating interface.
Freestanding units offer higher capacity and stability, suiting larger numbers of users; countertop units save space and suit smaller sites. Before choosing, assess the pantry location, power supply, water source and daily peak usage.
Yes, subject to the installation conditions. RO needs a drainage connection and is not suitable for every site; we review the site set-up before recommending an RO or ultrafiltration (UF) system.
Freestanding dispensers are available on a rental plan: a fixed monthly fee covers the machine, installation, maintenance and regular cartridge replacement, with rent paid four months in advance and a deposit payable on signing. Purchase is paid in full once and includes the first year of maintenance. Choose according to your budget and how you prefer to manage it.
During the maintenance period we replace cartridges and carry out checks on site according to the cartridge cycle; when the replacement month arrives, we contact you to arrange it. High-usage sites can opt for a more frequent replacement schedule, and we recommend a suitable maintenance plan based on actual water consumption.
Let us know via WhatsApp or by phone; we reply within one working day and arrange an on-site visit. Maintenance service hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:30 am to 5:00 pm.
