The Bio-Link Water Filters & Cartridges range covers under-sink RO water filters, UF ultrafiltration water filters, central filtration systems and Everpure cartridges, with suitable configurations from home kitchens to commercial food outlets.
When choosing a water filter, we suggest starting with the intended use: if direct-piped drinking water quality is the priority, consider RO838,RO400 and RO188 under-sink RO water filters;MU-2 and UF101 Ultrafiltration (UF) systems suit settings where flow rate matters;UF1010 while a central water purifier filters for the whole home at the incoming supply.
On-site installation and regular cartridge replacement for the entire water filter range are arranged by Bio-Link as a one-stop service.

Filter cartridges are a key part of maintaining drinking water quality and system stability. Different cartridges deal with sediment, residual chlorine, odours, bacteria, heavy metals or taste, and should be replaced regularly according to water quality, system type and water consumption.

It depends on the cartridge type, water usage and water quality. The higher the usage, the faster a cartridge is used up — replacement cycles at commercial and food & beverage sites are generally shorter than at home. We will recommend a suitable replacement plan based on actual usage.
Once you join a maintenance plan we keep track of the replacement cycle — when the cartridge is due, we contact you to arrange an on-site replacement, so you do not have to keep track of it yourself.
For some models we can post the filter cartridges directly to you and you replace them yourself, which is simple and convenient; for the remaining models a technician replaces them on-site, ensuring the connections are correct and filtration performance stays stable. The applicable arrangement will be set out in the quotation.
This may affect water flow, taste and filtration performance, and it increases the load on the system.
Under-sink units need under-cabinet space and a water supply point (RO systems also need a drain connection); central units are installed at the incoming water supply. Free delivery and basic installation are included.
A central water purifier filters all water for a home or shop at the point of entry. Driven by water pressure and requiring no electricity, it suits households and businesses that want to improve overall water quality, and it can also be used together with an under-sink drinking water system.
