Commercial Drinking Solutions
Since 1997, Bio-Link has provided commercial filtered drinking water solutions for commercial buildings, property facilities, chain stores and large venues in Hong Kong and Macau, following through from model selection and installation to regular maintenance. Commercial sites call for high throughput, durability and ease of management: we match a suitable combination of models to your footfall, the number of water points and your management arrangements.
Common configuration for commercial venues: high-traffic dispensing points can use the touch-free ST2011; for the pantry, choose the model with a 20L large hot water tank, DT2011; venues needing continuous hot and warm water can be fitted with HWBY02; to treat all water on site at the incoming supply, add the central UF1010.
When choosing commercial drinking water equipment, start by assessing footfall, the distribution of water points, hot water demand and how the site is managed. The four points below help narrow the options quickly:

Frequently asked questions
Commercial models generally offer greater water output and hot water capacity, and their housings and parts are designed for long-hours, high-frequency use. Commercial solutions are usually arranged together with regular maintenance and cartridge replacement, easing the management burden.
It depends on the type of area: lobbies, public spaces and high-traffic locations usually use freestanding, bottle-filling or drinking fountain designs; staff pantries can use countertop or freestanding dispensers; areas needing large volumes of hot water (such as food & beverage and pantry departments) can be fitted with a hot water boiler. We will recommend a suitable combination based on actual footfall and peak demand.
Installations at multiple locations can be managed under a single contract, covering installation scheduling, regular maintenance and cartridge replacement, which simplifies administration and procurement. If requirements change, the model configuration can also be adjusted site by site.
Bio-Link's full range of filtration systems has passed SGS testing against Hong Kong Water Supplies Department (WSD) standards; designated models (ST1523, ST9102, ST2011) are additionally certified to NSF/ANSI 42 & 58. You are welcome to request the relevant test data when purchasing.
Rental covers the machine, installation, maintenance and cartridge replacement for a fixed monthly fee, which is easier on cash flow and suits businesses that want simpler management; buying is a one-off investment with a lower cost when spread over long-term use. Both options are available, and we can advise according to your budget and site needs.
